David R. Portnoff, Partner
 David R. Portnoff, a partner of S.D. Daniels & Co., PC, joined the firm in 1997. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds the regulatory license of Financial and Operations Principal (Series 27). He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of CPA's. In addition to providing professional expertise to our broker-dealer clients, Mr. Portnoff has extensive experience in servicing futures commission merchants (FCM), commodity pool operators (CPO), and hedge funds.Previously, Mr. Portnoff was an Audit Senior in the Financial Services Division of Goldstein Golub Kessler & Company PC, performing audits and consulting engagements for FINRA member firms. Prior to that, he worked with Moore Capital Management Inc. He received a BS in Accounting from the University of Hartford in 1990. |
